How much does it cost?

Home from £50/hr (3hr min), office & small business from £65/hr (half-day min), warehouse from £300/day. Your exact quote is confirmed after the free consultation.

Are materials included?

We charge our time at the rates above. Storage products and materials (boxes, bins, shelving, labels) are extra. We only buy them if you ask us to, after the consultation, and we charge them at cost.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. The first consultation is free, and there is no obligation to book.

How do I pay?

Once your quote is agreed, payment is taken securely via Teya.

What if I need to cancel?

Plans change, and that is fine. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to move or cancel a booking, so we can offer the time to someone else.

Do you cover my area?

We serve homes and businesses across London and nearby areas. In-person consultations are available depending on the area; otherwise we're happy to do it by phone or video.
